Transcripts & Education Verification Requests:

1. During School year: Please contact Mrs. Ruby, Registrar at vruby@carlsbadusd.net. Provide students full name, birthdate, year graduated or attended and if requesting a transcript provide the mailing address.

2. Summer Transcript & Education Verification requests will be processed from June 20th-August 2nd at the CUSD District Office. Please contact EdVerify@carlsbadusd.net

Work Permit Application Instructions:

1. Download the work permit application form
2. The work permit application form must be completed by the student, parent signature and employer information before being processed.
3. Bring the complete application form to Mrs. Ruby for processing during the school year.
4. Summer Work Permits will be processed June 20th -August 2nd at the CUSD District Office, 6225 El Camino Real Carlsbad Ca 92009. Please contact EdVerify@carlsbadusd.net. The turnaround time will be 24-48 hours to process.
