Sage Creek National Honor Society Club applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now open to all sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Interested students, please join the NHS Application Google Classroom via this link (this link is only accessible to students logged into their CUSD account) and/or join using the class code: cdlurfu. Applications and all supplemental documents must be submitted in Google Classroom. 

New members, please read the requirements before applying (found on the application). Both current NHS members and new NHS members must apply (there are both renewal and new member applications in Google Classroom). The deadline to submit either the new member application or renewal application (current members only) is Tuesday, April 23rd, at 11:59 pm.
