Fall Formal

Dear Sage Creek Community,

Fall Formal is right around the corner! The theme is inspired by the movie La La Land. The dance is November 7th from 7pm - 10pm at the Carlsbad Flower Fields.

Tickets are on sale for $70 with the ASB discount and $90 without. Click here to buy online or visit the ASB store at lunch for tickets. Dinner and drinks are included in the ticket price. Dance ticket prices will increase the week of the dance so buy them now!

Parents, we are looking for 12 volunteers to help run different stations at the dance. Please sign up below for the station you would like to work. I will reach out to volunteers separately with more details. Thank you for your continued support.

Please consider donating to the Dance Scholarship Fund. 100% of your donations go toward providing dance scholarships to students in need. To donate, visit the ASB webstore and donate what you wish to the "ASB Ask for Dances".

Sage Creek students completed their dance agreements during registration; however, all guests must still complete a guest agreement. Guest agreements can be picked up in the front office and student store or printed from the ASB website.

Please reach out to johnathon.flowers@carlsbadusd.net with any questions or concerns.
