Blood Drive Donors Needed

Dear Sage Creek Community, 

We still have plenty of appointments open for Thursday's (10/8) blood drive. Students, family members, and community members are welcome to donate as long as they meet the requirements below. Please spread the word to your family and friends so we can reach our goal of 120 donors! $10 In-N-Out gift cards will be given to all donors while supplies last! Thank you all for making a difference in our community!

Details and donor requirements are below. 

Date: October 8th 
Time: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm 

- All donors must be at least 15 years of age to donate. 
- Donors 15-16 years old must bring a signed parental consent form (attached below) to the appointment. 
- IDs/Aeries will be used to verify age. 
- Please see the attached weight requirements below. 
- Non-student donors are welcome and encouraged but must check in at the front office with their ID before entering campus.
