Blood Drive October 8th

Dear Sage Creek Community, 

We would like to extend an invitation to all members of our community to participate in the first blood drive of the year! Thank you to all those who donated last year! Together, you donated 356 units of blood and helped 1,077 local patients. 

This year we are looking to help even more members of our community. Please sign up for your time slot via this link. Details and donor requirements are below. $10 In-N-Out gift cards will be given to all donors while supplies last! 

Date: October 8th 
Time: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm 

- All donors must be at least 15 years of age to donate. 
- Donors 15-16 years old must bring a signed parental consent form (attached below) to the appointment. 
- IDs/Aeries will be used to verify age. 
- Please see the attached weight requirements below. 
- Non-student donors are welcome and encouraged but must check in at the front office with their ID before entering campus.
