Hi Bobcats & Families! 🐾

Ready to earn some volunteer hours, hang with the XC crew, and be part of a BIG day? We need YOU! 🙌

Sage Creek XC is hosting our major high school & middle school XC invitational on Saturday, September 26th at Cal State San Marcos, and we’re expecting 70+ teams to hit the course! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨

This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year, and it takes 100+ awesome volunteers to make the magic happen. ✨

So grab your family, friends, siblings, neighbors—basically anyone who enjoys good people, good vibes, and supporting our Bobcats—and come help us out!

🛠️ Friday, September 25 — SETUP

We’ll be getting everything ready for race day.

🚚 Extra-special shoutout to anyone with a truck! We could really use your help hauling and setting things up.

🏃‍♀️ Saturday, September 26 — RACE DAY!

We need volunteers across two shifts, with most of our help needed in the morning.

⏰ Approximately 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
⏱️ Most shifts are just over 3 hours
