The official 2026 Congressional App Challenge is officially OPEN, and we want to see our talented coders representing! 💻✨

This is your chance to shine on a national stage.

The 2026 challenge is powered by Roblox, giving you even more ways to imagine, design, and create something incredible.

🌟 Why Should You Enter?
Showcase Your Skills: Build an app on any topic, using any programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or block code), and for any platform (mobile, web, desktop, etc.).

Epic Prizes: District winners will have their apps displayed right inside the U.S. Capitol Building and receive an invitation to the national #HouseOfCode festival in Washington, D.C.!

Team Up: Work solo or collaborate in a team of up to 4 students.

Submissions Close: Monday, October 26, 2026 (at 9:00 AM PST)

Judging Period: November 2026

Winners Announced: December 2026
