Schedule Change Requests for 2026-2027
Welcome Bobcat Families!
To request a course change for the 2026-27 School year, the student must fill out a Schedule Change Request form. Please note: the parent or guardian email address provided in the form must match the one we have on record in Aeries. Submissions with a parent or guardian email address not on record as a parent or guardian in the student's Aeries record will not be honored. The Google Form will be available starting August 17, 2026, and can be found on the Course Selection page of the Sage Creek High School website (or click the link below). We will NOT be accepting requests made
via e-mail.
In accordance with the Sage Creek course catalog (p. 7), we will not accept parent- and student-initiated schedule change requests after the first 10 school days of Trimesters 1 and 2. No schedule changes will be accepted for Trimester 3.
Through School Registration Days and the first two weeks of school, school counselors work with students to make necessary course schedule changes for the following reasons only:
1. Student does not meet the course prerequisites.
2. Student completed an approved summer school course.
3. Student has an incomplete schedule.
4. A period conflict between two or more courses prevents completion of a full schedule (for example, two courses both meet only during period 2).
Based on the complexity of the Master Schedule, budget constraints, and changes in student enrollment, Sage Creek High School Administration may need to open or close sections of the master schedule, resulting in changes to student schedules and course offerings. Because most SCHS offerings are yearlong courses, mid-trimester course and schedule changes are generally not made.
Schedule Change Periods for Qualifying Changes
1st Trimester Change Period: Aug 25, 2026 to Sept. 8, 2026
2nd & 3rd Trimester Change Period: Nov 30, 2026 to Dec 11, 2026
As a reminder, the following requests will not be received or updated:

2) Requests for a specific teacher, trimester, or period
3) Courses required for graduation cannot be dropped (e.g., English, Social Sciences)
4) AP courses cannot be dropped without teacher, department chair, administrative, and parental consent.
