Data Confirmation Complex Residency drop in opportunity (shared housing or caregiver affidavits)

Hello SCHS Families, 

This is a reminder for families that fall under complex residency through shared housing residency or caregiver affidavits. For these families only, the SCHS registrar is available to meet with you and approve residency in the SCHS front office during the days and times posted below.  

  • Monday August 10, 2026 from 8:00 - 10:00am
  • Wednesday August 12, 2026 from 12:00 - 2:00pm 
  • Friday August 14, 2026 from 9:00 - 12:00pm - Spanish bilingual translation available this day only
SCHS strongly recommends families in these housing situations to attend one of the available drop in opportunities in order to cut down on the wait times during all-school registration the following week.

What do I need to bring or do before meeting with the registrar? 
  • Complete as much of the annual data confirmation process as you are able through your Aeries parent portal
  • Bring photo ID
  • Recommended: bring hard copies of housing documents to meeting
  • The registrar will have hard copies of shared housing and/or caregiver affidavit forms on hand. 
  • CUSD proof of residency requirements and instructions for shared housing can be found here in English and in Spanish.
