1. Here is the schedule. Please check ahead to see when your club photo will be taking place. Note that extra-large clubs (50+ members) are not included in Club Photo Day - I will be reaching out to these clubs separately to arrange a photo sometime after Club Photo Day.

2. During 1st period on Wednesday, January 29, passes will be distributed with your club photo time listed. Keep this pass with you all day, do not lose it!

Note: If you have 1st period off-roll, your pass will be given to your 2nd period teacher. If you have 1st period off-roll and your club photo is during 1st period, it is your responsibility to make sure you are present. 

3. At your assigned club photo time, show your pass to your teacher and report to the staircase at the entrance to the school (academic mall entrance)

4. If you are even a minute late, you will not be included in the club photo. We have a large number of clubs/students being photographed this day and will need to keep a tight schedule.
