Dances

Hoopcoming 2025

Hoopcoming will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 7-10pm at Sage Creek High School in the Bobcat Arena. Per the Dance Agreement, you must arrive no later than 8pm and may not leave prior to 9pm. School rules and expectations apply as this is a school function.

Tickets are on sale now in the Student Store and on the Webstore. The Student Store will be open for ticket sales at the following times:

  • Tuesdays at Lunch
  • Wednesdays at Lunch
  • Thursdays at Lunch 
  • Open Monday-Friday at Lunch from January 27, 2025- January 31, 2025.

The LAST DAY to submit Dance Agreements AND Guest Agreements is Friday, January 24, 2025. (If you have already submitted a dance agreement for this school year you do not need to turn in a new one)

The LAST DAY to purchase tickets is January 31, 2025.

Any late submissions of dance agreements or purchases attempted after the deadline will accrue a $25 fee. 

Ticket Prices

  • $55 with ASB Sticker and $65 without until 1/12/25
  • $55 with ASB Sticker and $70 without from 1/13/25 until 1/31/25
  • Guests are $70 no matter the date of purchase

If you bought the registration package at the beginning of the year then your dance tickets were included. Not sure if you got that package? Check the list to see if your student is on it. If they are then you ALREADY have dance tickets!

Don’t see your name on the list above?

Print a Dance Agreement from below and submit it to the Student Store during Open Hours. They will be added within 24 hours and you willb e able to purchase your tickets. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SUBMIT YOUR DANCE AGREEMENTS!

Prom Guest Agreement

1. There WILL NOT be a bag/coat check at any dance except for Prom. At Prom, it will be one time in and one time out meaning you will not be permitted to come back and forth with items to be checked so please be mindful of this. 

2. Bags and backpacks are not allowed, except for single compartment bags measuring 7” × 10” or smaller. Your bag may be subject to search when you enter. Medical bags, small purses, clutches and fanny packs are allowed as long as they are smaller than 7 inches by 10 inches in size.

3. There will be NO TICKET SALES at the door.

4. As is our common practice, all students will be breathalyzed upon entry.

Future Dances

  • Prom will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 6-10pm at Parq Nightclub in Downtown San Diego. Per the Dance Agreement, you must arrive no later than 8pm and may not leave prior to 9pm. School rules and expectations apply as this is a school function. You must have a Prom Agreement on file in order to purchase. Prom is only for Juniors and Seniors so no underclassmen will be permitted to purchase tickets unless they are a guest of a Junior or Senior.
