Tri 2 Traffic Safety Email

Posted Date: 11/17/25 (12:25 PM)

Bobcats we are now officially 1/3 of the way through our school year. This is both a reminder email as well as a driver safety email. Please read in its entirety.

Non-Negotiables:

(1) Students are not allowed to be dropped off or picked up along Bobcat Boulevard as this creates an extreme safety risk. No parking signs are located along the entirety of Bobcat Boulevard.

(2) There are two acceptable drop off and pick up areas for Sage Creek High School; The circle roundabout and Drop Off Area #2 in the lower lot. Please see the arrow signs below.

(3) There is NO student parking in the visitor lot adjacent to the circle roundabout.

(4) There is NO drop off or pick up in the visitor lot adjacent to the circle roundabout or in the staff lot on the far southeast corner of campus.

(5) IF you are dropping off or picking up in the roundabout Area #1, please pull all the way around to increase traffic flow

Safe Drivers = Safe Community- At SCHS, driver and traffic safety is paramount to maintaining a safe and efficient drop off and pick up. Please drive and treat others with the utmost respect as you navigate drop off and pick up. We have many student drivers who "swap out" with a parent/guardian as they are learning to drive. Please be mindful, supportive, and patient of all drivers but more importantly, please be SAFE at all times. We must all support one another as we start our school day and end our school day for the safety of our students.

Campus Pick Up and Drop Off

Please refer to our SCHS Drop Off / Pick Up Diagram and plan accordingly.

Best Practices:

(1) We recommend arriving early to avoid traffic.

(2) Follow the rules of the road and all traffic signs

(3) Our Campus Supervisor team is present to keep us safe. We value their service so please treat them with the utmost respect.

(4) Please be patient, calm, and remember that we are all here to support one another.

Thank you for your support of our school and students.
