Club, Sports, and Team Update

• Congratulations to Boys Soccer on a solid start to their season! They won Friday’s game vs High Tech High Chula Vista 5-0 and Saturday’s game vs Mountain Empire 6-0! Way to go, Bobcats!

• Girls Soccer had a big win vs Guajome on Friday night at their first home game of the season. The final score was 11-0. Congratulations, Girls Soccer!

• Girls Basketball hosted Grossmont on Friday evening at their first home game of the season. They played incredibly well and came within 5 points of the win after a big comeback during the final few minutes. Way to go, Girls Basketball!

• Josiah Bowman competed at Cross Country West Regionals on Saturday at Mt. SAC. He raced an incredibly talented field of almost 200 boys, including state champions from 14 states. Only 10 athletes advance to Nationals, and Josiah placed 5th overall to earn his spot! Josiah is the only boy from San Diego to qualify for Nationals as well as the only boy in the history of Sage Creek HS to qualify. Come out to support him and cheer him on at Nationals this coming Saturday, December 13th, at 10:15am at Morley Field in Balboa Park! Way to go, Josiah!!
